We ensure that your order is shipped quickly and carefully using reputable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD.

• Delivery time within the Netherlands:
  Orders placed before 4:00 PM and in stock are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
  Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary.

• Out of stock:
  If a product is out of stock, an estimated delivery time will be indicated on the product page. However, this may change if the product is also unavailable from our supplier. Feel free to contact us for an updated delivery date in such cases.

• Shipping of chassis:
  Chassis can also be shipped, but please note that this may take slightly longer due to special handling requirements. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days, provided it is in the same condition as when received (unused and in the original packaging).

• Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

• Refunds:
  Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

• Return form:
  You can easily request a return form by sending an email to [email protected].
